3 Abortion Emergencies in 4 Months at Hope Clinic in Granite City

Between March and July, 2021, three women were transported by ambulance to hospital emergency rooms from the (misnamed) Hope Clinic for Women abortion facility in Granite City, IL. At least one woman suffered complications from a multi-day abortion between 16-24 weeks gestation.

Also, new evidence has surfaced that a Catholic hospital chain in Missouri is referring pregnant women to the Hope Clinic, and in some cases, have pressured women to get abortions there.
