This story should be a wakeup clarion call for everyone. Because anyone could be subjected to the same intimidation and cruel treatment by a judge that was taken against Michelle MacDonald and her client. If judges are not, and cannot because of fear of reprisal, be held accountable, there will be no attorneys willing to take the risks of abuse and provide real defense for clients against out of control judicial actions.

Most people will say they believe the courts are to provide justice, and cannot believe these things happen. These first hand accounts leave no room for ignoring the fact that we unfortunately have too many judges who are biased and unaccountable in their decisions and actions.
