Here, afterAttorney Michelle MacDonald was "arrested" by deputies during a break in a child custody trial, purportedly for earlier taking a picture of a deputy posing for her camera , not illegal, she is brought to the holding area. This was the day after she sued presiding Judge David Knutson, on behalf of the client she was representing for civil rights violations in Federal court. Deputies eventually strip Michelle MacDonald of her clothing, shoes, jewelry, hairpiece and eye glasses, and handcuff her and place her in a jail cell. Deputies later bring a wheelchair, handcuff her to a belt around her waste, and wheel her back out to the courtroom to complete the child custody trial in this condition. In what she calls "the World's last Child Custody Trial" she was forced to proceed in handcuffs and a wheelchair, with no shoes, no glasses, no files, no pen, no paper, no client and missing children.
