We all experience emotional pain from time to time. But that doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with us. It doesn’t mean we’re broken or defective.⠀

On the contrary. It only shows that we are human.⠀

There are moments in life when emotional pain knocks on our door – not to harm or hurt us, but to signal to us that something in our lives is in need of healing. To signal to us that something within us is out of balance and needs our love and attention. ⠀

If we learn to pay attention to the signals – by treating the root cause instead of resisting the symptoms, we will heal the parts of us in need of healing, and we will bring back home all the parts of us that were once scattered and fragmented – back into Wholeness, and back and into Unity.⠀
