Fires burning across the Amazon rainforest have renewed the debate about solutions to climate change. Bill Gates is backing the first high-altitude experiment of one radical approach called solar geoengineering. It's meant to mimic the effects of a giant volcanic eruption. Thousands of planes would fly at high altitudes, spraying millions of tons of particles around the planet to create a massive chemical cloud that would cool the surface.

"Modeling studies have found that it could reduce the intensity of heat waves, for instance, apparently it could reduce the rate of sea level rise. It could reduce the intensity of tropical storms," said Andy Parker, project director at the Solar Radiation Management Governance Initiative.

The technology is not far from being ready and it's affordable, but it could cause massive changes in regional weather patterns and eradicate blue sky.

"These consequences might be horrific. They might involve things like mass famine, mass flooding, drought of kinds that will affect very large populations," said Stephen Gardiner, author of "A Perfect Moral Storm: The Ethical Tragedy of Climate Change."

A Pilot Testifies That Bill Gates Sprayed "Air Vax" mRNA On Humanity Via Chemtrails.

I know this video is a bit overdue but who cares how long it was as long as I do it! Since the start of Summer in My local area, it has been very dry with little wind, blazing heat and very little to no Chemtrails anywhere to be seen. If you seen My other Chemtrail videos then you know they were around heavy during the Winter. This is because the Illuminati & H.A.A.R.P. want us to suffer and this proves they are manipulating the Weather and can cause the conditions to change in an instant! Now, it hasn't been very cloudy at all however in June there was little puffy clouds here & there which I became suspicious of this that they may have new tricks up their sleeves which they use Contrails as deceptive, quick Chemtrails. It started to get cloudy more often then all of a sudden we'd have Thunderstorms & Rain. It's like is this natural Weather or is this the works of manipulation? Well, I've come to the conclusion that it's 50/50 however I believe that the Chemtrail Jets are above in the clouds spraying their chaff & chemicals on top and/or within the clouds so they are more cryptic. I'm always watching the skies and looking for them as they were almost non-existent till recently when I spotted only a handful of them within a few weeks time-span. On The Fourth of July, 2024, I saw a cluster of them in one single area which this is something I've been noticing as they have been hammering one specific area hard.
