All courts globally have been converted into UN Competent National MILITARY Tribunal Franchises under the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Everyone has a RIGHT to a UN Military Tribunal. The UN operates under LAW OF WAR and all courts globally operate under LAW OF WAR under the UN. The UN UDHR applies to us all as UN Nationals. The UN UDHR doesn't honor our Gov't Constitutions except for the Rights they grant... except the US Constitution doesn't grant rights... it protects our god given rights from out-of-control gov'ts! Hence, nothing about court is required to honor the US Constitution or State Constitutions.

The UN has captured all courts by outlawing "Justice" globally because of Nazi abuse of "justice" against the jewish people.

In Essence, the UN repurposed WW2 belligerency of nations against THE PEOPLE via "court" tribunals. They treat everyone as a WAR CRIMINAL having violated statutes, which is now a WAR CRIME to violate statutes.

For LAWFULLY expatriating an relinquishing the "legal entity", the court framed me as "legally incompetent" for not identifying with the "legal entity" that i officially relinquished. The Courts are entirely corrupt...

That's how US can have jurisdiction over Julian Assange... as a UN National and courts as UN Tribunals. Otherwise the Constitution Amendment 11 prevents Assange from being under the jurisdiction of the US and US laws. Amendment 11 is being COMPLETELY ignored for Assange.

This is CRITICAL info.... the UN has taken over all of New York City as the 4th sovereign city-state besides Vatican City, City of London, and DC!!! NYC is defined IN LAW!!! As having the same status as DC as separate from the 50 States!!! 20 CFR Sec 422.103 (b) (2) provides: "Birth registration document. We may enter into an agreement with officials of a State, including, for this purpose, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and New York City". NYC has their own birth certificates separate from the State of New York, just like DC has b-certs separate from Maryland and Virginia.

Proof of this "widening" of the UN to NYC is found in the UN HQ Treaty Annex 1 allowing the UN to "Widen" their territory to Manhattan, NYC, and State of New york.

The problem for Donald Trump is that Trump has a NYC Birth Certificate and is a UN National but not a US Citizen born in the 50 States... Technically, Trump is NOT eligible for Presidency because he was not born in the 50 states! He was born in NYC owned and operated by the UN.

The Banks HQ in NYC because it's technically outside the US... and the bankers operate in international waters and are NOT required to abide by US Law!!! Only their US business services must comply with US law... the HQ does not have to follow US law, technically for being outside the US. This explains the power of the NY Federal Reserve... they are outside US law!!!!

I believe the UN has "WIDENED" their territory to all of the State of New York and thus NY is an actual "deep state." This explains why Hillary Clinton became a senator for NY instead of Arkansas... she wanted to represent the ACTUAL UN Deep state.

All UN Member-States are LAW OF WAR “Occupying Belligerent Powers” operating with authority from the Department of defense Law of War Manual chapter “Occupying Belligerent Powers”! These O.B.P. UN Member-States are not operating on Law of Peace that we are all owed.

Taking these assholes to account in their own court is a beginning, but the courts have all been captured by the UN and there is no amount of "justice" in court that can correct the OWNERS and FRANCHISER of the court!
