Hey idiot, the founding fathers did not write a bill of rights. That was done by James Madison to keep from having another convention because the people were objecting to many facets of the coup of 1787 like standing armies, commerce clause, necessary and proper clause, taxes and many other objections to the coup document that was not ratified by the people. Madison and Washington were against a bill of rights but for threat of another convention to fix all these clauses that today we see why there was concern.
