Why did NIAID have vaccines for covid19 by Jan when it appeared?

I came across this video from Carrie Madej’s Twitter. She’s awesome, by the way. You can follow her here https://twitter.com/DrMadej/

As you will see in this short video, it was produced by NIAID, which I see is one of the many institutes in our government that make up NIH, the National Institutes of Health. According to Wikipedia, “Fauci…has served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984.” And we all know about the infamous Fauci. So, why this video is interesting to me is that it implies that the NIAID know about covid19 before it became a ‘pandemic’ – after all, you see their vaccine drawer containing “KC 2019 Novel Coronavirus Vaccine”. That’s not earth-shattering, EXCEPT that the handwritten date on the box top reads 9/23/19 and “66 whole blood samples” AND as you will see in the introduction, this video was produced in January 2020 (that is their title info - I have not altered anything in this video) AND

Keep in mind that, according to the WHO, the virus was first discovered “In December 31, 2019, China reported a cluster of cases of pneumonia in people associated with the Huanan Seafood Wholesale Market in Wuhan, Hubei Province.1 On January 7, 2020, Chinese health authorities confirmed that this cluster was associated with a novel coronavirus, 2019-nCoV.”

So, HOW could the NIAID have a vaccine produced or even in the making (with 66 samples) in January (or earlier – remember the September date on the lid) when the first case in the USA wasn’t till January and first China case wasn’t till Dec? To put that in perspective, the Covid vaccine is being fast tracked to 18 months, some say. As you know, the covid vaccine still hasn’t come out here yet, and it’s nearly 12 months later. So to have even the makings of a vaccine, in January??? latest.

So, maybe I’m overlooking something?

But, if not, maybe this is just one little nail in the coffin of the covid lie, another part of the narrative that is falling apart? We know for example at https://www.stopworldcontrol.com/planned/ that there is plenty of evidence this pandemic (which is not actually a pandemic, but that’s another discussion) was planned. So it doesn’t seem impossible to me that they actually already had vaccines and simply failed to notice the passing details included in their own little video. We know the vaccines are about world control and not simply keeping people healthy.

And it’s definitely covid 19 referred to here, as the other “novel coronaviruses” have their own box – MERS/SARS. Also, the year gives it away. Covid 19 is the only “novel coronavirus to come out in 2019. By the way, I had to look up “Novel coronavirus (nCoV)” – Wikipedia says it is a provisional name given to coronaviruses of medical significance before a permanent name is decided upon.” (That name was at the start of the video and on the vaccine box)

What do you think? Did the NIAID know about this long before we did? We know Fauci has been implicated with the Chinese labs studying (creating?) this, so it doesn’t surprise me, too much.
