Dr Seuj Kumar Senapati, a junior doctor at Udali COVID care centre in Assam's Hojai, was brutally assaulted by family members and attendents, following the death of a COVID patient.
Dr Senapati, seriously injured, is undergoing treatment. At least 24 people have been arrested.
