USPS Admittedly Loses 3% of Mail * Vote By Mail Test w/ Alarming Results

This is not evidence of voter fraud per se, but shows that the US Postal Service admittedly can lose around 3% of all mail and not deliver it on time, or not at all. I thought I would include this video in the playlist because it is interesting and relevant.
