If a child has certain needs and are approached in certain ways they'll lash out. We do not fund the police to physically restrain children with additional needs. Two fully grown men pinning a hand cuffed, distressed, eleven year old child? They're an embarrassment to their profession.

Amen sister. It's so hard to believe that people could be so cruel to children like that. It's extremely traumatizing to them when they grow up and could effect them for the rest of their lives.
