While the toll from attacks on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv is expected to grow, several military bases in the annexed region of Crimea have recently been hit by blasts. Nine Russian warplanes were reportedly destroyed at an air base last week, while on Tuesday an ammunition depot on the peninsula blew up. Shashank Joshi, defence editor at The Economist, tells The World while Ukraine hasn't said they're behind the attacks, there's no doubt they have conducted them.
