Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to get out of Lysychansk without losses. They had been defending the Luhansk region for four months, preventing the enemy from concentrating forces in other directions. Ukrainian military had taken up new defensive lines in the east of the country, preparing for the next phase of the war. After capturing Lysychansk, Russian troops have concentrated their forces in the Donetsk region. The enemy is ten kilometers away from Sloviansk. It is now a frontline city.
