The True Story of Ingimundr | The Last Kingdom

Inglimundr was a 10th century Viking warlord who was known for his leadership and ferocity on the battlefield. The exact details of Ingimundr's life and career remain somewhat unclear, as much of what is known about him comes from Viking sagas and other ancient texts that were written centuries after his death and comes from numerous different sources. Nevertheless, his story has remained an important part of Viking lore, and he is remembered as a fierce and powerful leader who left a lasting impact on the history of Ireland Scandinavia England. Due to different sources and inconsistencies it’s difficult to say if Ingimundr was the same person or more than one man. But his fascinating life eludes historians to this day. This is his story.
