My Story
Between learning my new position, getting to know new coworkers, and adjusting to a new schedule, I was having a hard time. And the stress started to show up physically… Headaches. Insomnia. Digestive problems. Honestly? I was a mess!
It got to the point where I was having mini-panic attacks at work. I could hide it and look “normal” on the outside, but on the inside, I was doing everything I could just to breathe normally.
