They can't. The whole purpose of the Dominion voting system and it's Venezuelan-Chinese software is to manipulate elections.
Hillary Clinton was as confident that the 2016 election would go her way because Dominion was set to give her enough Trump votes for her to steal that election. When the massive vote for Donald Trump overloaded the algorithm, she had an absolute hissy fit. She didn't steal enough votes to enable her to steal the presidency.
This time the Democrats have pulled out all stops, no longer trying to steal just enough votes to tip the election in their way. Vote stealing is much more obvious than four years ago. They really have nothing to lose.
