Those cables over the road were to thin to provoke this, and esspecially those hits and in that manner and position on the car hood. Besides, just in front of this car another car passed, with no injuries at all.

There are some sort of cables...you can see the cables moving when the car hits them.

I'm thinking directed energy weapon. Notice how the overhead 'power lines' or whatever kind of lines they are ONLY begin to move at the same time the vehicle is initially 'hit' in the area of the driver's side front tire/bumper. These lines.

What I found particularly curious though was how ALL CARS STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. It is more common to find at least one or two sleepers at the wheel who run into the car in front of them before other folks snap out of 'auto pilot' mode...which leads me to one final thought.

I've just heard of something called "Voice-To-Skull" technology by some 'SIS' acronym organization. I was already thinking that for a directed energy weapon to target someone in this way without a guaranteed kill seemed more like an experiment on the car than whoever was inside. But IN LIGHT OF THE TECH mentioned above, I wonder whether this may have been a 'hive mind'-type experiment. That is to say, create some precarious circumstance, then give an order to others in the vicinity to see whether such control of THEIR behavior is achieved. So, a one word command such as "STOP" which apparently EVERYONE does at the same moment certainly would make the success or failure readily of such 'power of suggestion' observable -- and, I think, puts this possibility on the table.
