Surprise Winter Storm Hits Rice Lake, WI - 2/28/2021

A winter storm moved through northwestern Wisconsin this early Sunday morning. This storm brought us 6 to 8 inches of heavy wet snow. This video package will show the heavy snow falling, along with some of the cleanup efforts.
