Super-carrier USS Gerald R Ford arrives in UK with NATO warships 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇬🇧

The world's largest warship, the nuclear-powered USS Gerald R. Ford super-aircraft carrier (5:37), arrives in Portsmouth along with a destroyer of the US Navy and a frigate of the Spanish Navy. 🇺🇸 🇪🇸

The $15billion USS Gerald R Ford, the lead ship of the Gerald R. Ford-class aircraft carriers, is on it's first deployment since being comissioned on July 22nd, 2017.

The USS Thomas Hudner Arleigh Burke-class destroyer and SPS Alvaro De Bazan Alvaro De Bazan-class air defence frigate join the new super-carrier as part of a NATO Carrier Strike Group operating in the Altantic Ocean with multiple other nations.

Other warships, from nations such as Canada, of the Carrier Strike Group did not come into Portsmouth.

Also featured is a SH-60 Seahawk flying ahead of the carrier's arrival.
