Sub Zero Arctic Blast Hits Central Wisconsin- 2/14/2021

The long lasting brutally cold Arctic blast continues across the area. The official low was 23 degrees below zero. Though the bank thermometer was showing 24 below zero. Wind chill values the time this video was shot range from 35 to 40 below zero.
