In 2019, Matthew had two strokes which left him weakened, tired and depressed. His wife convinced him to try Dr Joe's meditations, but Matthew didn't like them and didn't want to do them....until he read Dr Joe's book, Becoming Supernatural. He then viewed the Intensive and Progressive Online Courses and tried the meditations again...with wonderful results.
