I previously lived by the Naval Ammunitions Base in Seal Beach/Long Beach area for a number of years, and for a time passed the base daily to and from work. The base appears, from the well traveled streets, as being mostly underground, as all you see are miles of small, earth/grass covered, 'mounds' where the bunkers are located and of course surrounded by barbed wire fences and cameras... When Governor Pete Wilson, in the 90s, sold off Southern California military bases. I now know why he kept this one. It was for 'them'... Schwartznegger then invited China to buy up California and be the government of California...(looking forward to them being charged with treason)
What I have noticed for at least 20 years, is that in a corner of the base ( least amount of cars passing this corner) they always have mounds of dirt from underground digging, along with tractor/Caterpillar, dirt moving equipment, they are never done digging underground. This makes me think ;they; have been using this base for dirt removal from underground tunneling. The public is not hindered by the piles of dirt, nor a reason to ask how long before construction is done. I wondered in 2010, what was taking them so long to finish the 'dig', as they are always moving piles of dirt, so I was surprised when I noticed they were still moving dirt around in 2018.

In the FWIW category, MANY (I decided not to say all) of the big news stories on foxnews are fake, I can prove it with the eyes. They must be under a budget constraint, because some of the pictures are horrible and laughable. I wonder if they are training a baby AI for a new job designing news and pictures?
