SIG P320 RXP X Full Size Romeo 1 Pro Range Ready!

Tactical Considerations
Published on 20 Nov 2020 / In Film and Animation

The Sig P320 RXP X-Full size is not only a mouthful to say but its a handful on the range in a good way. I have not been kind to Sig over the years after just being un impressed with even some of their 1911's for the price. I tested out the m17 and liked it a bit more than I thought I would. Then I decided to give the RXP X Carry a chance and I honestly was in lust with it at the range. The X grip module is way better than the regular for the P320 and the Romeo 1 Pro optic was not bad at all. When I found the full size I couldn't help myself and picked it up. The longer slide on the Full size of course make is nice and easy to control on the range. The ultra bright green Xray night sights were a great fit to co witness and have back up irons should the optic go down. The 17 round mags or 21 round optional mags are everything you would expect. The X series flat trigger is also a far better feeling engagement compared to the curved version. Ambidextrous slide stop makes it a great choice for left handed people. Interestingly I found several female shooters I know seem to really like the Sig X series over competing striker fired brands.

Great review man! Way to go into the various models and options available.
Reminds me of a comment I’d made about the 320 on a video yesterday.

@Rogue Banshee: I personally think the modularity of the system will hurt the military use and management of the gun because it adds complexity while the same feature will allow it to become ubiquitous amongst civilians, like the AR-15 has. That’s if we still have a republic of course

The P320 is addictive according to the USDA.
Way to jump in the deep end with your 320 options.
