Savage Anywhere Cobra Day 1 P2

1st Day Part two of the Savage Anywhere Cobra, I have to be honest those burpees killed me.. I've maybe completed 15 burpees ever before doing this change,.. The hanging knee lifts are new to me.. My abs are killing me.
