Russia Shows Their Desperation with T-54/55 Tanks

The Federal Reserve met this week and raised interest rates again in order to combat inflation. Russia has started taking T-54/55 tanks out of storage to send them to Ukraine, showing their lack of production capability and their heavy losses. The Wagner Group appears to be giving up on taking Bakhmut and might be pulling out of Ukraine completely soon.
