River Yalta DEVASTATES Crimea – state of emergency declared (Watch)

Heavy rain has caused severe flooding in parts of the peninsula’s east, including the city of Kerch.

Whole streets have been submerged in water. The flooding has affected nearly 300 homes. The Head of the Republic of Crimea has reported no fatalities from the floods.
