Notes:
The $1000 offer stands for one year from the release of this video.
It must be fully perpetual as in self running without an external power source and over unity meaning it produces more power than it takes to run itself.
It must be fully assembled and working out of the box requiring no changes or additions by me to avoid any possible errors by me. You are responsible for shipping cost. There must be a standard 120 volt US plug so I can plug in things to draw power from the system and make measurements. 100 watts available at that plug would be enough to count as useful. Blinking an LED is not useful in this context. If you want to use a different voltage such as 240 volts AC, or 12 volts DC I can work with that as long as it is agreed upon in advance.

FAQ from the comments:

Why can't you just add alternators to the wheels, or drag it behind the car... (or 10 other variations of the same thought). You just need the alternator to spin do to the car rolling right?

In the above example, connecting it to the wheels in any form is like adding a brake to the wheel. Alternators don’t just free spin and make energy. They get harder to turn as the power output goes up. High speed driving also means max braking in this case. In the same way it doesn’t make sense to drive with your foot on the brake because you waste a ridiculous amount of gasoline energy on heating up the brakes, you waste more power than you gain with an alternator on the wheels supplying power to anything ...batteries or whatever. No matter what configuration your mind can imagine, the power to turn the alternator has to come from somewhere, and it always requires more power to turn the shaft than the power you get at the other end. Some energy is wasting in the conversion.
