The founder of the Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, told Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoygu about the plans of the Ukrainian army to launch a large-scale offensive near Bakhmut and asked him for help. Prigozhin published a letter to Shoigu in his telegram channel.
