We need the blood of Christ to purge our sins, our dead works, the old leaven away. Christ’s return is coming back soon. We need to get our house in order. Go and sin no more and keep God’s commandments through the Holy Spirit, in faith in the Son of God (Revelation 14:12).

1 Corinthians 5:7 says, Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

2 Timothy 2:21 adds, If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.

In Hebrews 1:3, we read, Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:

Hebrews 9:14 says, How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
