Prevent People from Fleeing Cities - Panic Buying - NATO Countries Preparing for MARTIAL LAW

FYI, I'm not worried nor am I exactly in the city, but if you are, you might want to know.
I personally don't want anyone telling me where I'm allowed to go or how much I can be prepared. Of course, the time to be prepared is now, not when disaster strikes.
