CLASSIC another "line lock up" don't have the first few minutes , it lasted a full hour, longest I had witnessed of a couple thousand over 25 years ; NO EDITS, JUST RAISED OR CUT VOLUME LEVEL A LITTLE TO LEVEL IT OUT: SOME MAY BE LOUD I will have to edit this and cut out my distracted repetition which was for anyone that had "just tuned in" live, this line lock up went well past the 45minutes average for these, more like most of a hour? I sent her maybe 11 messages and she could / should hear some of the louder voices and scotch tape being pulled out of the roll . I could not derive where the phone was, on a table or muffled and distant at times. The last call (12th?) she answered and hung up which finally released line 1 otherwise, I don't know how long it would have been locked on to 'her' phone 859-*62-**87 I have not documented the 2000 or more of these over 24 years that I am aware of, BUT the office folk knew to look regularly for the lock up of fax machine and pull the power cord to unlock it's software after one of these came in thus locking up the line all night or all weekend BUT STILL THE larger issues include why is audio unencrypted from mostly cell phones being routed anywhere when 'on the hook' (or turned off/not on a call ) Is it a glitch or harrasment, 4th amendment issues and Planned Perjury Parallel Construction all included within the scope of violations of law and oaths of office?
