PCR Test Class 1 Recall FDA Says Innova PCR Tests Are Dangerous & Inaccurate (Massively Used)

Isn't ethylene oxide widely used to sterilize medical stuff? I saw videos where strange debris was found in some of the swabs. It could be seen under a microscope.
