I’ve finally bit the bullet and gotten the shotgun shells the waterfowl world has been clamoring over. Boss ammo is a copper plated bismuth loading packing lots of wallop into traditional length shells. They even offer “sub-gauge” loading for the 16ga, 20ga, 28ga, and .410 bore!

The fact of the matter is, steel sucks, and we owe it to the birds we chase to make the kill as quick and cleanly as possible. Steel simply does not allow that to happen reliably. But, copper plated Bismuth solves this issue and provides greater range and energy in turn, all at a slower start velocity and better patterns.
