Both should be charged however the charge should be ,with stupidity. Obviously the person wearing the mask has been brain washed to believe the mask protects him from the virus and the other person thinks that threats with a fire arm was a good move when simply letting the mask individual go about his business looking stupid wearing a face diaper.

Look, if the 'general public' can complacently sit and listen to story after story of VIOLENCE being visited upon those NOT WEARING a mask, or not 'wearing it right' (good luck figuring out what THAT MEANS if the mask nazis impose the wearing of TWO masks, etc), then it ought to be able to grasp the SAME IDEA when it works 'the other way'.

But, truth be told, what is really going on is DEPRIVATION OF RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE for those of us who are in accord with our ABSOLUTE GOD-GIVE RIGHT OF UNENCUMBERED ACCESS TO "BREATH OF LIFE" BREATHABLE AIR, which REJECTS THE NOTION THAT CARBON DIOXIDE IS ON PAR WITH IT!!
