We were on our way home from Lake Wappapello and we saw Old Greenville Rec Area and campground from the highway 67 so we got off to check it out!' It was very cool and alot bigger than we thought it was. We then checked out local camping and found Sulphur Spring Rd FREE campground not very far so we checked it out too! Omgosh! it was beautiful and peaceful, so glad we looked it up. Theres only like 5 spots but it had a boat ramp and a bathroom and was gorgeous and right on the river. Old Greenville Rec area was a very nice campground, we just thought it was strange to have a cemetery in a campground. Rocky was like "I wouldn't want to camp across from it" LOL. We find Old cemeteries interesting. This one had some marked from the early 1800s. There is a cool tree trunk that someone carved faces on, it was so awesome. It also had hiking trails and a bike trail. Lots of stuff to do for the kiddos. It also runs along the river and has a boat ramp. This was a unexpected trip. Catch you on the next video!
