Ok, buy how would the referenced oil companies' HR departments know who was vaccinated? Doctors don't just release your medical history to HR departments. Even if the employee went through their state rather than run it through a private practice to get the vaccine, this info isn't simply handed over to HR departments. Can you explain why HR has this info on all their employees? Up until now. big corporations have not been asking for vaccine proof.
