A variety of things are discussed that will be understood by those in our loony bin, and will NOT be understood by people who walk the street outside the asylum. Of course, per what was suggested in the movie In The Mouth of Madness, what is considered normal "has flipped," so the sane are now the insane as determined by societal consensus.
