I've got an SR 1911 and I sorta wonder why a picatinny rail was'nt incorporated in the design.

I love the 1911's . All the common arguments to the side (capacity, number of parts, cost etc..) I grew up with them. And love the 10mm. Glad to see the Ruger review. Thank you.

I’ve yet to get or show much interest in the 1911 platform...
I grew up with Ruger’s P series, which.... meh. ?‍♂️
I’d have to get several other higher priority firearms like a PCC or two, and a SAPR, and a holdout in .380 before I start messing around with a 1911.
