English Ninpō & Vocabulary - Difference between stance and posture: They are both about how you position yourself (how you stand). Stance is really just how you are standing. Posture is similar but has the added idea that you may have chosen that position to give a certain impression to other people. It can be about physical position or as a metaphor about your attitude to (for example) a political issue. A politician may take a stance on an issue or have a posture that is just to attract voters

GAMES
How fast can you go from one kamae to another?
Change the order of kamae kata.
Close your eyes and identify where a sound comes from.
Try to measure a distance by steps, count steps to see if okay and repeat w/ other objects.
