I’ve always had a tendency to think in terms of deliberate ‘closing’ of/by civilian courts for them to be ‘not in operation’. But readily apparent failure/refusal to ‘operate/function’ ought necessarily qualify as the same — like ‘ipso facto FORFEITURE of public office’ which becomes ‘effective/acknowledged’ “BY THE CONDUCT ALONE” AT THE MONENT it arose (that is to say PROHIBITED conduct &/or “ANY ACT” of TREACHERY OR BETRAYAL against The United States where DUTY OF ALLEGIANCE was owed to it” at the time the act was committed (foreigner bad actors, including ‘Obama’ have committed ACTS OF PIRACY)...both punishable by death, which outcome IS NOT SUBJECT to ‘judicial discretion’.

Yes NO DO-OVER ELECTION IS NEEDED. And in fact would amount to giving LUNATICS &/or TRAITORS &/or ALIEN ENEMIES A “SECOND BITE AT THE (BAAAAAAD) APPLE”... I think I’ll PASS on such a notion.
