is a capitol offense; stop relying on the NRA to file criminal charges. and as per article 6
anyone has the right to file a criminal complaint, and the BAR cannot stop this although they trick you into believing you need a license to practice law, when there is no such license issued from executive branch of government, where real licenses are issued. need to work through legislative branch with petitions, then file criminal complaint in executive branch if those legislators are derelict in their duty
and compliant will be against those legislators who are obligated to redress grievances yet are derelicts.
i'm too tired to do this myself and i'm busy watching matlock, otherwise i would figure out exact procedure and with help of paralegal file paperwork, not lawyer not member of the BAR, not an 'esquire' which is a foreign nobility title and should have no business in our government affairs.
