'Missile Strike Destroys Syrian Oil Facility Used by Turkish-Backed Forces'
A suspected Russian missile strike on an oil-loading facility used by Turkey-backed opposition forces in Syria has killed at least four people and wounded 24 more.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights blamed Russia for the attack, saying a Russian warship had fired three missiles that struck primitive oil refineries and tanker trucks in the region.
Russia, which is a main supporter of Syrian President Bashar Assad in the country’s 10-year civil war, has not commented on the accusations.
