Military buses at the White House and a fence at the Fed - What's was up in DC while I was away?

A cold and windy morning in Washington found me back on a bike checking out the sights that you asked me about while I was away. First was a bike past the Federal Reserve where we see the fence, again, that you guys have asked me about a few times last week. Then I went over the White House to see some military buses out on Pennsylvania Avenue that a number of you were asking about as well.
