to find your ‘Ceasing Correspondence and Release of Information’ form at the Australian Immunisation Register (the link for the form is near the bottom of the page).
Filling out the form allows you to stop third parties accessing your vaccination records, under Commonwealth law. This is a great help for anyone wanting to combat Vaccine Passports and Mandatory Workplace Vaccinations.
