Man Caught with Flamethrower Near California Wildfires Investigated for Arson
A man who was allegedly caught with what looked like a flamethrower near one of the California wildfires was placed in custody on suspicion of arson. Several neighbors in the Woodland Hills neighborhood, near the Kenneth Fire, spotted the person of interest and as a group, detained him until police arrived.
