This is a correct calculation for me.
84 payments of 404.98

I made a mistake my total payout is 34k over 7 years, not 37k.

The present value of all this annuity payment is roughly 24K assuming a 10% interest rate.

So the real value of my purchase is 24K and 10K is interest spread over 7 years.
