Joe Biden is sending ‘terrible sign of weakness’
Sky News host Andrew Bolt says President Joe Biden’s first major foreign policy moves since taking office are quite worrying.
Mr Bolt pointed to the president’s claim that differences between the US and the west, and China are merely “cultural differences” despite dictator Xi Jinping being the man who “crushed democracy in Hong Kong” and has “locked up” millions of Uighurs.
He then criticised President Biden’s lack of reaction to an Iran-sponsored terrorist organisation’s attack on a US base in Kurdish Iraq where a Shiite organisation fired 24 missiles wounding one American soldier and killing one non-American contractor.
“Biden fired no warning shots, instead, he wants more diplomacy with Iran,” Mr Bolt said.
“He wants to junk Trump's policy to cripple the Iranian elite with sanctions until it gives up its nuclear plans. He wants instead to get Iran to go back to a soft deal that the Obama administration offered.
“If you don't think Biden is sending a terrible sign of weakness then you do not know how fascist tyrannies work.”
