If we want to explore the light we must also explore the darkness. In a matrix based on duality only

I talk about the dark, exploring it and how through many years of suffering alone I learned some valuable lessons about my suffering. I began to look at it differently, I began to realize that it was something I was exploring, and that if I chose to somehow explore it then I could also exit that exploration when I chose. I made an intent to the universe and chose to slowly begin to leave the density of 3d. I chose like neo to leave the matrix and the world of duality. By realizing that duality is something that pertains to 3d but what of the other dimensions? Some thoughts on the two darks.
