We have been taught to feel the need to hide or conceal thoughts or actions that are natural, authentic, and valid; such as anger. These days, when somebody expresses anger, they are looked upon as being aggressive, violent, or combative, and are automatically assumed to be the transgressor. Yet the case is in many circumstances, that anger is, in truth the appropriate reaction. I am not condoning rampant violence when I state this, but we should ask this question when we see somebody protesting: “Why is (s)he angry?” Often, it is valid (but keep in mind that at times people are actors) contrary to what we are told. Instead of pathologizing ourselves (and others), when we are told that something is wrong with us (or somebody else) we would benefit by asking “Who says?.” Then we can progress to more revelatory questions, such as “What group of people has created this reality for us?” Then, “How does it benefit them?” After learning the answers, it would inevitably lead to this investigation: “What would result if we stopped believing the bullshit?”

notice that at 40 minutes in, the Kari volunteer conversation, the official says he is threatened, and we are not shown the earlier part of the conversation to confirm that no threat was made, so we don't know who is really in the right. It could be that there was a threat- but this video could be manipulative in not showing the previous part.
