Furious Judge in Rittenhouse Trial Accuses Prosecution of ‘Grave Constitutional Violation’

Could the Prosecution be attempting to piss off the Judge enough to cause a mistrial?
If so: there would be no verdict and could be tried again, for what was clearly a self defense situation.
